My Summer Holiday.... So Far!

It's Been A While....

Hey folks! Sorry it's been a while, I have just had a busy summer! I was working at East Lothian Special Needs Playscheme for 2 weeks (8 days, had 3 days a week off) , I went to Greece, the Island of Kalymnos for 2 weeks in mid July with my 3 cousins, aunty, uncle, my mum and my dad. It was the BEST holiday I have ever been on! Then I had my 17th Birthday party 3 days after I came back, it was AMAZING! Thanks to all who came and hope y'all had a good time! I also got my exam results on Tuesday the 6th and I got 1 B and 2 C's. It wasn't too bad I guess.... I then worked at Playscheme for another 8 days (2 weeks) and it was so much fun! I had a really good time getting back to work! I also had a party on the 10th of August for my friend Nicole's boyfriend called Curtis, thanks Grace for the fiver for passing my exams.  I then had my cousins up (Holly and Isabella) as well as my aunty Tricia for the Edinburgh Festival! It was really good! There were some incredible shows however there was one or two bad shows..... But I guess there always are in a festival. Now I am waiting on starting college (2nd September 2013) to study Child Health and Social Care! WOOP! I have a job interview Thursday 22nd August in Dalkeith as a carer, it is full time work so I wil just see how I get on. Well that's been my summer so far, I hope your summer has also been jam packed full of fun!

Busy....

Busy, Busy, Busy

I have been so busy with my exams just now so I haven't been able to post a lot recently. My last exam is on the 30th of May so I promise to post a lot more on here after that! Wish me luck!

My final day in School

I Have Left School....

 

Today (08/05/2013) I have formally left school. It feels shocking that I am now out in the big bad world :@. I have big plans for the next year, to get my driving license, to complete my first year of college, to organise my eighteenth birthday party, to buy my own car and to go on my first holiday with friends. Wow a lot of plans for the upcoming year :@

It is getting to that time of year again.... groan! However these exams will be the last in my school years ever! (Hopefully!) I have applied to go to college in august to study Child, Health and Social Care, I got a conditional! This means I will be able to study what I want and will be willing to put the hard effort into the course as it does eventually pay off! I aim to be a carer at minimum but I would aim to go to University (If I don't get too stressed out) to study social work. I hope I can achieve this!

Background

I was born Sean Alan Moore on Monday July 29th 1996 at the Jane Crookall Maternity Ward in Nobles Hospital in Douglas, Isle Of Man to Emma Quirk and Alan Moore. 

From a very early age I was involved with social workers and both my parents had help to look after me. After a couple of years I was placed with various social workers and everyone hoped I would stay on the island but sadly this wasn't the case because my dad would keep showing up places to try and get me back but not doing it in a very productive way as many people would get hurt because of this. After a few cases of this I was put through to be adopted. I then got adopted at age 4 and a half by Veronica and Norman Rodger.  

I have grown up in a place called Musselburgh in Midlothian and have made some great friends over they years and become exceedingly close to some members of my family i.e my granny Barbara, cousins Michael, Holly and Isabella and my Aunty Tricia, as well as my Grandma Lily.
